Here I discuss the features and benefits of the Rapid Tourniquet (formerly RATS tourniquet) by Rapid Medical and the SAM XT tourniquet by SAM Medical. In our opinion these are the two easiest to use, easiest to remember how to use with one being especially useful for small children and animals.
